Zhongxiang First Sewage Treatment Plant is located 2.3 kilometers south of Yingzhong City, Zhongxiang City, with a total area of 62770 square meters. The first phase of the project started normal operation in March 2010. After upgrading the effluent standard, the first-class A standard was officially implemented in 2018. On July 1, 2021, due to the launch of the "One River, Two Lakes" ecological comprehensive management PPP project in Zhongxiang City, it is now operated and operated by Zhongxiang Branch of Hubei Three Gorges Environment Co., Ltd.
