I. Overview
KYN28A-12(Z) type armoured removable AC metal enclosed switchgear is a complete set of indoor power distribution equipment with rated voltage 3.6~12kV three-phase AC 50Hz. It is used for power generation, power system and industrial and mining enterprise substation, power distribution, control, protection, detection purposes, and can also be used for frequent start of high-voltage motors.
KYN28A-12(Z) type armored disengaged AC metal enclosed switchgear has "five prevention" functions, such as preventing misoperation of circuit breakers, preventing push-pull cars with load, preventing power switching, preventing power transmission when the ground switch is in the ground position, and preventing stray charging spacing, etc. The switchgear can be equipped with ABB VD4 vacuum circuit breaker. It can also be equipped with domestic VS1 vacuum circuit breaker, which is actually a power distribution device with superior performance.
Meet the standard:
GB3906-2006 "3 ~ 35kV AC metal enclosed Switchgear"
GB11022-89 "High voltage Switchgear general technical Conditions"
IEC298(1009) "Rated voltage above 1kV 50kv and below AC metal closed switchgear and control equipment"
DL404-91 "Indoor AC High voltage Switch cabinet ordering Technical conditions"
Second, the model and its meaning
Third, the use of environmental conditions
Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature -10℃.
Ambient humidity: daily average relative humidity ≤95%, monthly average relative humidity ≤90%.
Altitude: below 1000m.
Earthquake resistance: seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.
The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive combustible gases, water vapor, etc.
There is no frequent violent vibration. The rigor design meets Class I requirements under harsh conditions.
When it is used under normal environmental conditions beyond GB3906, the user and our company shall negotiate.
Fourth, structural characteristics
The switchgear is designed according to the armored metal enclosed switchgear in GB3906-2006. The whole is composed of two parts: the cabinet and the middle withdrawable part (i.e. the hand car). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments-the protection level of the shell is IP4X, and the protection level of the circuit breaker room door between the compartments-is IP2X when the door is opened. It has the function scheme of overhead outlet, cable inlet and outlet and other functions, and can become a distribution device in various scheme forms after arrangement and combination. The switchgear can be installed, adjusted and maintained from the front, so it can be backed up to form a double column and installed against a wall, which improves the safety and flexibility of the switchgear and reduces the footprint. Circuit breakers can be selected from domestic VS1 general series, or ABB VD4, Siemens 3AE, Schneider HVX or other brand models.
5. Installation of switching equipment
According to the engineering needs and drawings, the switchgear will be transported to their specific position, if a row of long switchgear arrangement (more than 10), the LCL work should start from the middle part.
Use specific means of transport such as crane or forklift, do not use a drum crowbar.
Pull out the circuit breaker from the switchgear and put it elsewhere for safekeeping.
Loosen the retaining bolt in front of the bus compartment and remove the vertical partition.
Loosen the bolts securing the horizontal partition under the circuit breaker compartment and remove the horizontal partition.
Loosen and remove the bottom plate.
Remove cover plates 1 and 2 from the control cable slot on the left side of the switch cabinet. Remove the right front control trough plate at the same time.
Install the switchgear one by one on the basis, including both horizontal and vertical aspects, and the switchgear installation unevenness shall not exceed 2mm.
When the switch cabinet is completely combined (spliced), it can be connected with the base channel steel with anchor screws or welded with the base channel steel.
Six, bus installation
The bus in the switchgear adopts a rectangular bus, and the segmented form, and the bus selected when using different currents is only different in number and specification, so the following steps must be followed when installing:
1. Wipe the bus bar with a clean and dry soft cloth, check whether the insulation bushing is damaged, and apply conductive paste or neutral petroleum jelly to the connection area.
2. Install the busbars in one cabinet after another, and connect the busbar segment with the corresponding branch small busbars. When connecting the busbar segment, insert a proper pad and tighten it with bolts.
7. Grounding device of switchgear
1. Connect the main ground bus cables of each cabinet using a preset connection plate.
2. Connect all grounded leads inside the switch cabinet.
3. Connect the ground cable of the ground knife to the main ground bus of the switch cabinet.
4. Connect the main ground bus of the switch cabinet to the grounding network
8. Check the switchgear after installation
After the switchgear is installed in place, clear the dust and debris on the equipment in the cabinet, and then check whether all fastening bolts are loose and whether cables are disconnected. Push the circuit breaker in the cabinet, push it out, and open and close the action, observe whether there is any abnormality, adjust the pointer of the instrument to zero, check whether the secondary wiring is correct according to the line diagram. Adjust the relay to check if the interlock is working.
Ix. Instructions for ordering
The user must provide the following information when ordering:
Main wiring scheme diagram number, use and single-wire system diagram, rated voltage, rated current, rated short-circuit breaking current, distribution room layout and switchgear arrangement diagram, etc.
Requirements for control, measurement and protection functions of switchgear and requirements and schematics of other locking and automatic devices;
The type, specification and quantity of the main electrical components in the switch cabinet;
If the bus bridge is connected between the switchgear or the incoming cable cabinet, the rated load of the bus bridge should be provided, the span of the bus bridge, the height from the ground and other specific requirements data;
When the switchgear is used in special environmental conditions, it should be explained in detail when ordering;
Other special to show.
