    GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet (hereinafter referred to as power distribution cabinet) is used for power users such as power plants, substations, factories and mines.       1. Overview

    GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet (hereinafter referred to as power distribution cabinet) is used for power users such as power plants, substations, factories and mines. As a power distribution system with AC 50-60Hz, rated working voltage 380V and rated working current 6300A, it is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and power distribution equipment.

    GGD type AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is used for fixed wiring low-voltage power distribution cabinet, which is divided into three types: GGD1\GGD2\ GGD3, with different sectional current capabilities.

    The product has the characteristics of high segmentation ability, good dynamic thermal stability, novel and reasonable structure, practical electrical scheme, strong serial use, high protection and registration. Can be used as a replacement product.

      2. conditions of use

    1. The ambient temperature is not higher than 40 ℃ and not lower than -5 ℃.

    2. When the product is installed and used, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000M.

    3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 90%(+25 ℃).

    The equipment should be installed in the place without severe vibration and shock, and the place where the electrical components are not corroded.

    According to the purpose, it is divided into power receiving cabinet, bus connection cabinet, feeder cabinet, motor control cabinet, reactive power compensation cabinet and lighting distribution cabinet.

    Cabinet structure:

    (1) The cabinet frame is partially welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame is respectively provided with mounting holes arranged according to E = 20mm and E = 100mm modulus to improve the versatility of product assembly.

    (2) The ZMJ type bus clamp thermoplastic molded with high flame retardant PPO material is a building block type bonding structure, high mechanical strength and high insulation.

    (3) 1000mm and 1200mm wide cabinets, front with symmetrical double door structure, 600mm and 800mm wide cabinets with whole door structure, cabinet with symmetrical double door structure behind the cabinet structure is not against the wall installation structure.

    (4) The cabinet door is connected with the frame by galvanized rotating shaft hinge, which is convenient to install and disassemble. The folding edge of the door is provided with rubber strip.

    (5) The grounding knurled screw structure is used between the installation parts and the frame in the cabinet to form a complete grounding protection circuit.

    (6) The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus.
