In terms of design, the AC300 series inverter has carried out the most reasonable layout of the components and realized the book-type narrow-body design, which not only ensures high performance, but also improves reliability. In addition, the inverter also strengthens the design of customer ease of use and industry specialization, and is equipped with a wealth of expansion interfaces and new expansion accessories.
In terms of performance, the AC300 series inverter supports a variety of motor/load types, including ordinary asynchronous motors, variable frequency motors, AC servo motors, various synchronous motors, high-speed motors and motorized spindles. The open-loop torque response time is less than 20ms, and the steady speed accuracy is 0.2 (synchronous) and 0.5 (asynchronous). The maximum output frequency of the vector can reach 600Hz, and the minimum carrier frequency is 1KHz. In addition, the inverter also has the characteristics of high starting torque and low frequency torque. In the closed-loop vector mode, the inverter can output 200% of the rated torque at 0.0Hz, and can still operate stably at ultra-low speed of 0.01Hz.
The application range of AC300 series inverter is also very wide, including but not limited to fan water pump, air compressor, wire drawing machine, injection molding machine, ball mill, machine tool and industrial washing machine.
